Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase! However, if you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
   •    Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
   •    Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
   •    To initiate a return, please email care@smiles4miles.eu with your order number. Please state the reason for return, so we know how to improve.
   •    Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
   •    Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded.
